Unpacking
Open the upper cover of the packing box first, and inspect the entire appearance of the instrument, check the accessories according to the checklist.

The instrument consists of main case, therapy head, and accessories. Within the main case there are power supply unit, cooling system, and control system. Outside the main case there are therapy head, power supply cable etc.

Therapy head
It consists of focusing-coupling cavity, light-guiding crystal, selective medium film, and photon emission lamp.
Cooling system
To make sure of the output stability in a predetermined energy density, and to prolong the life span of the photon emission lamp, the instrument uses circulating water to take away surplus heat and unnecessary light energy. It consists of a water container, a magnetic pump, circulating pipe, and a condenser.
Water filling
The water container had been filled with distilled water before delivery of the instrument. If more water is needed, please do the following:
- Pull out the power supply plug.
- Open the rear side panel to get to the water container. Open the air outlet cap, pull out the soft plugs for the water inlet and outlet tube, then you can fill up with water. Please pay attention to the water level gauge. When the water level is 2 cm distance apart from the top of the container, water filling should be stopped.
- The cooling water should be distilled water. Don’t splash electronic units or components with water, otherwise, don't turn on the power to avoid short-circuit.
- After water filling is finished, insert the soft plugs and cover the air outlet cap to avoid water leakage.
